Job Title: OpenTable.com Tech Support Agent
Brief Description: You will be helping OpenTable business clients that may have any tech questions regards to systems and equipment that’s installed within a restaurant venue.
Support Type: This position does require some support via phone. But, you also providing customer support by chat, email and customer board.
Location: Full Time Work From Home
Compensation: Unknown, but competitive
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
Perks: 2 weeks paid time off and 2 weeks unpaid
Experience: Tech and customer service – restaurant experience is a plus
This company will do a background check on you and you must be able to pass their skill tests.
